Merkez Sudan Sheikh Abu Amar Al Hajooree

A few bits on this Merkez Sheikh Abu Amar Al Hajooree teaches there. He has classes after the salah from what I hear that last about 15 minutes each time. When you arrive there you can ask for a brother up open a book for you if your a beginner such as kitab medina which is a beginners book in learning the Arabic language.

Housing wise from what I was told it varies depending on what you want. If you want a house you can get one for 50-200 dollars.

Quran starts from 3 am In the Morning until 10am doing memorisation and revising. The sheikh hafithAllah teaches sahih Muslim and fiqh books after the salah.

For many of those who don't know there is a merkez in the area in Somali called sheikh. This merkez is lead by the students of dammaj May Allah bless them. إن شاء الله once we get more information I will post that information up.

The merkez which is in Cairo is not far from the airport and also not far from Kobbri El Kobbi metro station. They have daily classes with sheikh muhammad ibraheem where he teaches the books of tafsir hadeeth fiqh so from fajr it's usually tafsir ibn kathir and sharh jazariyyah which is a tajweed book from duhr it's a book on iraab by sheikh yahya al hajooree hafithallah. Asr it's darur siniyah and sahih bukhari magrib at the moment tahdeer sajid a by sheikh albani and isha usually sahih Muslim.

The books are very very cheap here you can get a whole set 17 books roughly of fath Bari for about £35 where in uk it's like £120 there is about 3 maktabas next to the merkez and they sell a lot of books you won't find in the uk or America.

For beginners there are lessons on Arabic and sarf taught in English and possibly some teach in Russian.  There are tajweed classes after isha and at fajr you can read to those selected by the sheikh to read to.

In terms of the area it's basic you have all your necessities near by and you will find Alot of the things that you will find in Europe.  The sheikh May Allah bless him gives good advise if you need it. One thing when coming here you see that your in a Muslim country and a lot of is in Europe are us are accustomed to sins we see them as small but the small sins are the ones that build up and being here humbles you.

The currency here is Egyptian pounds and roughly  1 English pound is about 10 Egyptian pounds. They also have classes here for sisters bad children.

Housing

Houses range depending on which area you live it's possibly to find a house for £30 a month but might be far from the merkez if you want it closer to the merkez then possibly £100-150 a month which is still reasonably cheap.

Directions

From the airport ask for kobri el Kobba station from there the merkez is about 5 minute walk. Or just ask for merkez furqan dar hadeeth some taxi drivers might know.
